These four songs were recorded on a two track cassette using two PZM microphones placed in opposite corners of a wood paneled room. As a result the recording quality leaves a bit to be desired. Even after running the original tape through AVS editing software, the guitar, and to some extent, the violin tend to get lost in the overall mix. And the resulting sound quality still leaves something to be desired. Having said all the above, I think the Billie Holiday influence is still apparent in the singer's voice.
